Apologies for moving location yet again.  We're streamlining our business model, moving sales to our website (which you have found!).  For Buying, let us know if you would like to view a few items/or type of items (say gold bangles or men's rings etc.) in person in our new VIP room, you can make an appointment through the booking tab or by texting 07763014903.

If you are Selling items, please also make an appointment, our new system ensures your privacy and peace of mind, again through the booking tab or text.

For Repairs, it's a shorter appointment, so we can offer you our usual professional free advice and repair service.  The appointments for this are also available by the booking tab or text.

Please note all of our appointments are free and no-obligation, so feel free to meet us at our new location in the Foundry (yes, we're still in the Beacon, Eastbourne!).

Returning Purchases

All of our products are checked thoroughly for quality and condition before offered for sale.

Should you need to return an online item there are two main points to consider.

1)   There is a 10% restocking fee.  This covers the cost of debit/credit card costs and time that restocking takes.

2)  All returns must be sent back via a registered, signed-for service, with all tags and in the same condition it was sent to you.

No refunds are possible without the above being adhered to.
