For Buying please let us know if you would like to view a few items/or type of items (say gold bangles or men's rings etc) in person in our new VIP room, appointments are available through the booking tab or by texting 07763014903.  Walk ins may be available please text 07763014903 to ensure availability.

If you are Selling items, please also make an appointment.  Our new system ensures your privacy and peach of mind, again through the booking tab or text. 

For Repairs it's a shorter appointment, so we can offer you our usual free, professional advice and repair recommendations.  Appointments by booking tab or text.

Please Note.  No stock is kept on the premises so appointments are vital if you are looking to purchase something.  

Our appointments are available Monday to Saturday, with the exception of holidays etc.  


Returning Purchases

All of our products are checked thoroughly for quality and condition before being offered for sale.  
Should you need to return an online item there are three main points to consider.

1) There is a 10% restocking fee.  This covers the cost of the debit/credit card fees incurred by us and the time to restock an items.  
2) All returns must be sent back at your own risk and expense via  a registered, signed-for service, with all tags and in the same condition it was sent to you.
3) Pierced Earrings are non-refundable and non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

No refunds are possible without the above being adhered to.
Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase by 2) above or in person in the VIP Room, Unit 100, the Foundry, 78 The Beacon Shopping Centre, Eastbourne BN21 3NW, also by appointment as above.
