G126. Platinum Lapis Lazuli and Diamond Ring

Platinum ring set with large central carved Lapis Lazuli surrounded by baguette and brilliant cut diamond, with diamond shoulders.  The Lapis is carved with three horse heads, in a triangular pattern.  Hallmarked as pictured.   Size O-P approximately.
